Both links go to videos of Formula 1 cars flexing through corners shot at 1500 frames per second (make sure to catch the frontleft lockup and repeated shots of the flatspot created by it). The second vid is overlapped practice laps showing how Lewis Hamilton was recording those excellent lap times (no brainer hint: brake later, accelerate earlier).
