Was anyone else having trouble loading RNS page yesterday afternoon/evening?
I’m hoping it is not just me versus electronic items, because my mobile phone switched over to roaming in places where I’ve always had 5 bars last night as well.

The RNS problem was probably just the server.
The phone sites are just equipment, which like all other kinds, requires PM. They probably had some sites down, and of course, it’s beyond the phone company’s courtesy level to send you a simple text message announcing such outages.
Might be weather-related, also. There were lots of thunderstorms along the Cascade crest last night, and even into the foothills.
