Passing along a Request

Found at The View From North Central Idaho. Joe Huffman recieved this in his email box:

Greetings all,

I have spoken to Chris Knox (one of Neal Knox’s son) and told him I wanted to make our subscribers aware of this. He agreed with me that the timing was critical.

It comes with great grief and sorrow to break the news that Neal Knox is very ill, and nearly to the point of death due to cancer. Essentially, if Almighty God does not intervene with a miracle, Neal may succumb and die within a few short days, possibly even hours. We just don’t know how long he has. Regardless, nothing less than a miracle will bring him out of this.

If you have ever believed, or do believe in prayer, please pray for Neal.

Neal Knox’s website is http://www.nealknox.com/

And above all requests, PLEASE PRAY FOR A MIRACLE FOR NEAL.

If you have never heard of Neal Knox, you surely have not read one of the best authors, columnists, idea men and fighters for our 2nd Amendment rights.

I was introduced to Mr. Knox’s writings when I was about 12 years old. Every ten dys, his latest column would appear in the arriving Shotgun News. After my Dad was through hunting for stuff in the SGN, I was allowed to go through it.

Let’s just say one thing, I don’t remember hardly any of the other authors or columnists that wrote for SGN, but I remember Mr. Knox.

I got a chance to meet him via my dad in 1988 during a lobbying meeting I was allowed to accompany with my dad. As Joe Huffman said, the guy was sharp as a tack and played a mean chess game. Not everything went the way he planned, but most folks don’t know the half of what Mr. Knox and his counterparts stomped out of the halls of Congress.

If you are the praying kind, please include Mr. Knox in your prayers. If you are not, just keep him in your thoughts and wish him well.

Thank you.
