Yeah, Dana Perino (above) deserves a raise. From NRO’s The Corner:

MS. PERINO: Helen, I find it really unfortunate that you use your front row position, bestowed upon you by your colleagues, to make such statements. This is a — it is an honor and a privilege to be in the briefing room, and to suggest that we, at the United States, are killing innocent people is just absurd and very offensive.
RTWT. Jeez, I didn’t realize Helen Thomas was 87 years old! I’ll bet she’s hanging on in the hopes she can cover what she’s hoping will be the first female President.
I’ve been remiss in mentioning that I LOVE Dana Perino as White House Press Secretary. Tony Snow was just masterful and awesome to watch as he kicked the press corps around, but Ms. P, after a rough start, has actually been just as good, and adds that drool factor that you just didn’t get from Mr. S.
