I saw where the former Police Chief of the District of Columbia (and soon to be the Police Chief of Philadelphia) has “softened” his stance on the DC Handgun Ban.
Now he just wants to register all firearms owners and their weapons.

If you watch the video, well, it’s something made by a young teen, but she recites some data that is pretty astonishing. Her father made a public records request: Has the Canadian gun registry system gotten reports of stolen guns, and later allowed them to be registered to someone else?
Answer: only about 4,500 times, by their count. Plus another 500 lost ones re-registered.
Someone needs to tell Chief Ramsey this information. If he still believes registration is the answer, then he can be classified as insane. At least under the Einstein definition.
