Trivia Answer

Click here for the answer to yesterday’s question.

As you can see, we had a number of correct answers. I had discovered the second definition while listening to a talk radio show not too long ago and thought that the luggage definition didn’t fit the context of what the speaker was trying to say. I looked it up and found the latter definition.

However, I too like Raging Dave’s answer, but I am unable to find a suitable example to show you all.

On the other hand….

I was able to find an example of the Portmanip

  1. Ragin' Dave says:

The woman has as awesome body. And that’s about the only reason she’s famous, because most of the movies I’ve seen her in have convinced me that she’s got the acting ability of a fence post.

  2. LTC Nemo says:

I quite agree with Dave. I don’t go to the movies, but am willing to see more of her.

The photo reminds me of an old joke from the Pacific northwest of decades ago. A regional beer company, noted for using “pure, Artesian waters,” ran a series of comedic commercials with their beer being made by the Artesians, the “little people” of the Cascades. The joke was: where do the Artesians go in the winter? They hide in women’s bras (you can see their little noses, when it is cold).

  3. GunGeek says:

I thought she was great in “The Professional”.

I’m speaking of her acting here, just to be clear.
