There was someting very fishy about this story from the outset – I wonder if we’ll ever know the truth of the matter?

    …and how come the Corps hasn’t kept him locked up for espionage? Take the same type of situation back 20 years into the Cold War and they would have.

    This guy was released by a terror group in Iraq and allowed to travel to Beirut via a route that had to take him through, if not in contact with, enemy elements.

    He a spy, in my book. Just what level of spy remains to be seen, but a spy nonetheless.
