Despite what you Americans may think, the women of Canada have ways of keeping our men warm. This was why John Thomas Booty loved to visit Vancouver during the winters.
Phil mentioned that he would be passing by Vancouver this week and I begged him to visit so that we could have a drink and reminisce about our good friend, but he deemed that a bad idea.
I don’t know why, it’s close enough to winter.
Either way, I will always be thankful to him for remembering John Thomas in this way, just as I will always be grateful to have known John for the time I was allowed.
