In India, the schools are being threatened to use a certain set of text books.
But not by the usual set from the so-called ‘Religion of Peace’,
The Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) has sent letters to primary school teachers in government-run rural schools in Hazaribagh and Palamau districts, instructing them to teach children about their ideology and the work they do for the welfare of the people.
The CPI-Maoist would supply the books.
The letter also threatens the teachers with dire consequences if the directive is not followed.
But wait, it gets worse.
In separate diktats issued in various districts, Maoists in Jharkhand have said their literature should be taught in schools and that each official should deposit Rs 5,000 for a contingency fund to tackle drought.
So use our books or die. And if you fall for that one, give us 5000 rupees too!
Give into this and they’ll only want more. Hell, pretty soon the Maoists will be killing tens of millions of people in some sort of revolution.
Oh wait, they’ve already done that.
