I was drooling a bit there.
The Jensen Interceptor S by V Eight is essentially a total rebuilding of an original Interceptor, with many key areas upgraded with modern components. A General Motors LS2 sends 414 horsepower to the independently sprung rear wheels through a modern five-speed automatic transmission. The stock chassis calibration has been upgraded as well, and 17-inch wheels couple tire to tarmac.
I’ve seen a couple of the 440 Interceptor Jensens, but that was a looong time ago. I think I could quite easily part with an asthmatic 7.2L to a Corvette 6.0L without too much heartache.
Of course, my Top Gear addiction now has me lusting after the Aston Martin DBS
But I’m not being greedy. I’d happily settle for an N24 Vantage.
Ah, the DBS. You, me,…and Bond.
I want one too, almost as much as I want Eva Greene.
I only know Eva Green from the Golden Compass movie. Nice though.
Sadly, I haven’t watched a Bond film since For Your Eyes Only.
Give Casino Royale a shot. I went in (rental) expecting it to disappoint. Then when the movie was over I bought it.
