The People if the burg listen to this message and do exactly that.
Shortly thereafter, the government agency that controls the burg’s water supply screams “You didn’t use enough water and we’re running short of money. We’re going to have to raise your rates to make up for the shortfall.â€
I think these folks learned about it from Seattle Public Utilities.
Raleigh n.c. is under stage one water restricttions
yet 550 million gallons a day are being dumped
down stream to keep the water level down.
go figure.
Good to know that people in charge of a municipality’s budget have such a firm grasp on the whole “economics” thing…
