The First Navy Jack is generally flown only by the oldest ship in the fleet.
I did not know that.
The Kitty Hawk is the oldest and has been since 1998.
I don’t think I knew that.
However, in 2002 all ships were ordered to fly the Jack for the duration of the War on Terror.
I’m pretty sure I knew that.
