Our good man from the south (of Washington), Rivrdog, is off today to attempt to qualify for Law Enforcement Safety Act of 2004.
The LESA is basically a nationwide CCW. Something I hope gets popular among LEOs and catches on so as to get it enacted for folks like myself.
