For those of you thinking “Professor Booty, your students don’t really learn anything useful in the real world. They just learn how to look nice, I say You Are Wrong!

My students don’t just learn how to look ‘Nice’, they learn how to look beautiful. It is naturally within them all, but it takes someone like myself to show them how to bring it out.

And they do learn other things that are very useful in the real world.

Take the subject of Botany, for example.

If a model is on an outdoor set and the photographer tells her “Stand over there and look pouty and there is Poison Ivy or a nest of Nettles in that spot, she will be able to tell him “No and also why without having to worry about having her assets harmed.

Remember, a model’s body is just like a set of tools to a technician, only you can’t just go to the store to replace them. A bad rash or a scar can put a girl out of work for who knows how long. Then she might have to get a job that doesn’t involve looking beautiful.

Bad juju indeed.

Which is why I thoroughly enjoy working with women such as Miss Markie in the Horticulture Department at the Royal Keister Academy of Fanny Dynamics.

It Must Be Saturday

I don’t have to work tonight and I have a strong premonition that I am going to be at the range for a while today.

You should go to the range today too.

But even if you don’t, there are a few things you should check out.

First up, the Carnival of Cordite #7 is up. I once again forgot to enter anything, but that is OK as I really didn’t write much firearms related stuff this week since the range was closed both days last weekend.

Next, Headmistress Sondra went shooting with her new 22. And she’s got pics too!

Also, the co-author of “Micheal Moore Is A Big Fat Stupid White Man has his own 2A themed blog called “Arms and the Law. Go take a look around. Blogrolling soon to follow.

And finally, fellow blogger and future Boomershoot participant, Kirk from “Fun Turns to Tragedyâ€? got asked 5 question viz a meme. I volunteered to be on his list of folks to ask questions of. Since I am a bit long winded, you can read Kirk’s questions and my answers below the fold.

I’ll be doing something very cool tomorrow that I will let you all in on later today.

I Get Mail

I, Professor Booty, get mail.

Not a lit of mail, mind you, but I do get mail from readers asking about the schools I teach at. The usual question are things like “How can I get your job?” or “Are these co-ed schools?”.

Sorry gents, but I am the premiere expert in my field and it took me many years of study to get where I am. If you started now, which I would suggest, you could possibly get where I am at in probably around to 30 years.

The study isn’t exactly difficult, but there are parts that become hard after a while.

For more on suggested courses, you can email me via the Kid and I’ll send you a reply.

But back to the schools; they are just like most other post-secondary schools, we have dorms as well as off campus housing, scaled tuitions, multiple departments of study from Mammary Dynamics to Leg Tech to my specialty, Professional Posteriors.

This weekend and the next, I will be showing some photos of the staff and a couple of the universities I teach at.

For example,

So stupid it hurts

Joe Huffman finds an article from Philidelphia PA that is very, very frightening (subscription req’d).

“If you get caught carrying a gun, you should automatically do time. Mandatory. No trial. Just like when you get caught driving without a license.”

“It should be 25 years in prison, no questions asked, if you get caught with an illegal handgun,”

I am so completely stunned that people could be this ignorant and still have the motor skills to speak.

And remember, they consider themselves “The Reasonable Ones”.

Joe sums it up perfectly,

How sad. In Philadelphia of all places–where our constitution was written, debated, and presented to the individual states for ratification. The people there are practically begging for a police state.

She’s right, you know

Karol at Alarming News makes an excellent point on the Shiavo controversy now that the deal is done.

So, what about the political implications of this whole situation?

My Democratic friends have been happily insinuating that the Terri case may permanently split the Republican party, between the religious conservatives and the small government libertarians. I don’t think that’s going to happen, at least not any time soon, and here’s why:

The ‘Right’ is the only side debating anything and this is no different. The last election saw us debating gay marriage, abortion, immigration, the war and a myriad of other issues and deciding how Bush fit into our personal equations, while Democrats did their best to pretend John Kerry was their dream candidate.

I saw a number of very pointed discussions on right wing websites in the last couple weeks. I saw nothing on the 18 or so left wing websites I visit daily other than “Those stupid Republicans.

I am still in the midst of a couple of discussions on the Shiavo topic, one of them with the prolific blogger and RNS visitor George Schneider (aka Riverdog).

The main point I am trying to make here is that the left accuses the right of ‘Group Think’ because we generally support President Bush and the WoT. But they are wrong on that accusation because we actually discuss the topics.

The left does nothing but bash the President and play around in their echo chamber and may mercy be upon those who show even the slightest amount of dissent.

And that is what is called a political vegetative state. I think we can all remember what happened to the last vegetable the left put their mind towards.

Soldiers’ next mission: Get a job

A large number of members of the Oregon National Guard are returning from Iraq,

About half of the latest wave of 700 returning Oregon Guardsmen didn’t have civilian jobs before they were deployed, a U.S. Labor Department official said Tuesday. Other members of the 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry, which arrived home last week, lost their jobs while they were on active duty.

After reading this story, John at Some Poor Schmuck makes a damn good proposition,

This is easy. Everyone has been saying how they support the troops. Anti-war protesers can show their support by quitting their jobs so the returning veterans can have them. If they are unwilling to do this, their employers can fire them and hire the veterans. If it’s OK for Playgirl to fire an editor for being Republican, it’s OK for employers to fire someone for being an anti-war protester.

When you’re right, you’re right, John.

Traveling to Hate

If you haven’t already, swing over to FPM and take a read of this Lee Kaplan article about how the International Solidarity Movement and Bethlehem Bible College have organized to streamline their “Travel to Palestine foreign exchange student program.

College exchange students often visit other countries to learn of other cultures, appreciate the past, or gain valuable insight into other regions. Few go to be indoctrinated consciously for the purposes of political — and literal — warfare. However, the International Solidarity Movement and the Bethlehem Bible College have put together a program that does just that.

The ISM has long sent American students to the Middle East, where they undergo training by the ISM-ally, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, a known terrorist group, and then physically obstruct Israeli forces trying to nab Palestinian terrorists. Front Page Magazine’s exposure of the ISM and the much-publicized deaths of two ISM-affiliated students, American Rachel Corrie and Englishman Tom Hurndall, led to dwindling recruitment numbers. Heightened scrutiny of terrorist organizations as well as a recent Israeli crackdown on ISM leaders like Kate Raphael has forced George Rishmawi, a Canadian-Palestinian Communist who co-founded the ISM, to rethink his organization’s tactics. Now the radical group has hit upon using international student exchanges in its campaign to aid the cause of Palestinian genocidal terror.

Because there is a Rachel Corrie born every day.

And the ISM needs them to push their hate.

Bring it on, Hombre

According to an Arizona TV station, The President of Mexico Vincente Fox is not too happy with the Minuteman Project lining up along the border and is thinking about moving the Mexican Army up to meet them.

“The Mexican military is on standby,” reports NBC’s Tucson affiliate KVOA. “One unit has about a thousand soldiers. They’re located just across the border.”

Last week President Fox warned at a Mexico City press conference:

“We totally reject the idea of these migrant-hunting groups. We will use the law, international law and even U.S. law to make sure these types of groups, which are a minority, will not have any opportunity to progress.”

First up Fox, neither you or your troops have the authority to enforce US law on anyone. Second, you would first have to enter the US to even attempt to enforce said law, making you an invading force. Thirdly, well let’s just not go into what would happen if armed Americans saw your troops invading the US.

Bring it on hombre, You seem to want your citizens to come to America, so now you should retire in disgrace and concede Mexico to US authority and America will come to them. We’ll take the people and the oil and expand into your country making your people not only free, but employed.

So much so that they won’t want to or have to come north.

Burgle Burgle

Sandy Berger is probably going to get a much lighter sentence than anyone else on the planet would for the same offence.

I think that part of his sentence should include a ban on him purchasing/owning/wearing cargo pants.

Maybe the folks at the National Archives should take a tip from the County Recorder’s Office in Geneva, Illinois

Recorder’s office calls police over forbidden seat
A cold war between the county recorder and professional title searchers got a little hotter Tuesday, when an unauthorized stool warranted a visit by the police.

Title searchers Jerry Bannister and David Lynch were escorted out of the Kane County Recorder’s Office on Tuesday by sheriff’s police after Bannister brought a stool from home.

Bannister said he and Lynch, who did not bring a chair but argued with police on Bannister’s behalf, were told that if they brought their own chairs, they could face disorderly conduct charges.

Now that is truly anal. Efficient, but anal.

Poor Old Blighty

This is truly sad

UK Plans Knife Control Legislation

The government announced a nationwide amnesty on knives yesterday amid growing concern about escalating violence in schools.

At the weekend, delegates at the National Union of Teachers’ annual conference heard how a 14-year-old girl tried to kill a teacher by stabbing her in the neck with a kitchen knife.

This week teachers at the conference of the National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers reported a surge in violence and unruly behaviour in the classroom.

Why don’t they just jail the little knife wielding bastards?

I think that seeing your friend pull a knife on a teacher and then the next month you hear about him getting raped in prison would be a really good deterent, don’t you?
