According to an Arizona TV station, The President of Mexico Vincente Fox is not too happy with the Minuteman Project lining up along the border and is thinking about moving the Mexican Army up to meet them.
“The Mexican military is on standby,” reports NBC’s Tucson affiliate KVOA. “One unit has about a thousand soldiers. They’re located just across the border.”
Last week President Fox warned at a Mexico City press conference:
“We totally reject the idea of these migrant-hunting groups. We will use the law, international law and even U.S. law to make sure these types of groups, which are a minority, will not have any opportunity to progress.”
First up Fox, neither you or your troops have the authority to enforce US law on anyone. Second, you would first have to enter the US to even attempt to enforce said law, making you an invading force. Thirdly, well let’s just not go into what would happen if armed Americans saw your troops invading the US.
Bring it on hombre, You seem to want your citizens to come to America, so now you should retire in disgrace and concede Mexico to US authority and America will come to them. We’ll take the people and the oil and expand into your country making your people not only free, but employed.
So much so that they won’t want to or have to come north.
