On his watch

Obama owns this.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad claimed Thursday that Iran has produced its first batch of uranium enriched to a higher level, saying his country will not be bullied by the West into curtailing its nuclear program a day after the U.S. imposed new sanctions.

Ahmadinejad reiterated to hundreds of thousands of cheering Iranians on the anniversary of the 1979 foundation of the Islamic republic that the country was now a “nuclear state,” an announcement he’s made before. He insisted that Iran had no intention of building nuclear weapons.

It was not clear how much enriched material had actually been produced just two days after the process was announced to have started.

He had more than a year to do something and decided that his best course was to try to waste his time attempting to pass a government take over of health care and wait for the Iranians to come to him.

Speaking of which, if you’re trying to pass a budget and want the correct numbers on how much something is going to cost, you need to ask the experts.

Not the Obama Administration.

For the first time by any administration in memory, the Obama budget forecast rejects the Medicare Trustees’ projections for long-run healthcare cost growth. Why would the White House do this?

Because they want to scare the pants off the public by over inflating the estimate of Medicare’s price tag. That way, when you say “But our plan will make Medicare only cost this much.”, which is more than the estimators you ignored said the true cost would be, people won’t shit their pants at all the zeros.

Crafty bunch of cocksuckers, aren’t they?

In fairness, the previous administration also did nothing. The difference is that Obama campaign-promised to do nothing.
