Boomershoot Picture of the Day No. 2

It’s fun to look at the backgrounds of some of these photos to see what’s changed over the years. The barrier tape is no longer orange, for example. Some things stay the same, though: somebody (I think it’s Mike Thyng?) brings an orange-and-black camouflage outfit every year, and lo-n-behold, there it was back in 1999 on the left side of the pic.
