From Boomershoot 1999, I presume this fellow is one of Gene’s Precision Rifle Clinic instructors, (you can see him on the left in yesterday’s Boomershoot Picture of the Day No. 1) and from his youth I’d guess he was active-duty military. And I just realized that set of pictures are in the wrong folder. Haugen was only at Boomershoot 2001 and 2002. If you look closely at one of the other pictures you will see a Boomershoot badge with the date 2002 on it.
Sorry about that.
Maybe that isn’t Mike. I did some more research. I’m pretty sure Mike was only there in 2000 and 2001.
