Boardwalk banner torn. woman arrested
A 21-year-old Sussex County woman was arrested for allegedly ripping down a Hometown Heroes banner near the Rehoboth Beach bandstand.
Mytia T. Dorman, of the 18000 block of Chaplins Chapel Road east of Bridgeville, was charged with criminal mischief, criminal impersonation and a failure to appear capias following the incident about 12:45 a.m. Monday. The Hometown Heroes banners, featuring Delaware soldiers killed in action in Iraq and Vietnam, had been displayed throughout the summer in the area of the Bandstand and the Boardwalk, said Rehoboth Beach Detective Kevin Jones.
Police received a call that a woman in a red Obama t-shirt was trying to climb a pole that holds two of the local heroes banners.
I’m sure that, like with the arrests of so called “journalists” who were arrested for interfering with the arrests of rioters and then resisting arrest themselves, the left will vilify her. Check out the photo accompanying the aritcle. She sure seems to be happy to have been caught.

I used to vacation every year at Rehoboth Beach when I was a pre-teen. My Dad would rent an apartment in a large townhouse right across the highway from the beach.
White sand, but the crabs could be a problem. When they swarmed, you got out of the water. The lifeguard would wade in with a bucket and fill it for his dinner in minutes.
All gone now, the former ultra-conservative Eastern Shore and Delmarva Peninsula is just more Blue wasteland.
BTW, I wonder if that charge of “Criminal Impersonation” was what I used to call “Impersonating a Person”, an unclassified Misdemeanor back when I was arresting the likes of her?
