So she would have no complaints if the USMC and US Army:

1. Disbanded the city’s nearly useless police force and held those positions in the interim

2. Arrested NO’s ‘Talking Loud, But Ain’t Saying Nothing’ leader and all of his henchmen and cronies and then put them on trial for incompetence and ‘negligent manslaughter’ as the left wants Bush tried

3. Held elections for new city leadership

4. Later held a vote on a new city charter

5. Simultaneously rebuild the city’s crumbled and out of date infrastructure and constabulary from the ground up?
