At the University of Immaculate Observation, there is a course on Confections. ‘Key to a man’s heart is through his stomach’ and all that hubbub means that, even though a woman’s assets and natural talents may win her a man’s mind, it takes a learned skill to get the ‘right’ man.
The course is taught by Miss Angela and she is a special woman who could take gravel, ground glass and Castor Oil and create a desert that would melt in your mouth and taste like heaven. I swear, she is just amazing in the kitchen.
I’ve seen her doing experiments in glazed fruit bread that had her covered head to toe in liquid sugar.
Which is why I wasn’t surprised to see her like this…..
But even without any additives, I assure you that she is delicious.
