A while ago I found a deal I couldn’t pass up on some new containers for my earthquake stash of drinking water. (My Reliance 7-gallon jugs are fine, but they’re just heavy enough to be awkward to move around a lot.) I wanted some smaller containers, but just as tough if not more so. Well, these 14-liter jobbies are made of tough hard black plastic. They were part of the military’s M13 Decontamination Apparatus, and look like this (if you ignore all the green and red stuff).
Anyway, one thing that pleased me about these containers was their tidy squared-off shape and small footprint. But to my dismay, they’re not stackable. Well, I’m all about stacking stuff, so I may end up building my own rack for these things. But before I do, does anybody know if the military had some special rack or stacking attachment for these 14-liter containers?
Looks like the bracket it’s sitting in could be screwed to the wall or a frame.
Right, but they didn’t come with the brackets. Just the plastic containers.
