I am very curious about the sheering strength of the material. Modern concrete homes have walls up to 2ft thick… I bet sandman would need the same.
The article is short on the material details, but even if the sand & ink only had the strength of cardboard, it would still be an impressive bit of tech. A bit of work on the material and a way to work in rebar and you got something useful.
