Local bigwig leftist blogger, Goldy of the HorsesAss blog, whines because the Seattle Times doesn’t support the coverage of bloggers under the Reporter Shield Law, facetiously claiming that they want him to go to jail for not revealing any future tips from anonymous sources he may get.
While I too would like to be covered under a Shield Law, I am glad that I get to see Goldy with his knickers in a knot.
You see, Goldy’s belief that the basic 1st Amendment protections provided by a Shield Law should extend to any individual with a keyboard just don’t mesh with his belief that there is no individual right to firearms.
And until he understands that the Constitution and the Bill of Rights exist for the protection of the individual, he can continue to pull out what little hair he has left over this issue.
