In a snit

And you may ask yourself, just how anal retentive can Democrats get?

The state Democratic Party filed suit today, asking that Secretary of State Sam Reed list Dino Rossi’s party preference as “Republican Party” on the general election ballot. When Rossi filed for office, he listed his party preference as “GOP Party.”

Rossi has said he’s always used the term GOP to identify his party and isn’t trying to confuse voters about his party affiliation.

But the Democrats, who argue the Republican Party has become a damaged brand, say that’s exactly what Rossi is doing.

You can go here to see a compilation of Rossi’s ads from 2004 that all say GOP.

I can’t wait until this one gets laughed out of court. I just hope that one of the major media outlets says something about it when it does.

In an odd twist, for those who follow the link, you’ll also see how this would disqualify all of the ballots already mailed to voters outside the US, including Washington based military voters.

Can you say disenfranchise?

I knew you could.

But if they were to win in court, (This IS WA State) all those military ballots in the mail would suddenly be void and no replacements could be sent in time. The left hates the military and will do ANYTHING to hurt it and stop its voice from being heard, cause, you know they never vote “correctly”.

Update. King County Superior Court judge says no way and throws case out of court while laughing. He noted the damage to voter in the military if the Marxist dems got their way. BHO’s truths squads and the dems in court, Hitler 1933 all over again.

Keep that judge in your prayers. His career in WA/King County is OVER. A profile in courage!
