That’s a song for Assistant U.S. Attorney Niketh Velamoor, who requested the ridiculous gag order in question, and US Magistrate Judge Maas, who issued it.
Oh wait, does this mean that the sort of utterly crass, trollish, snark-dripping, contemptuous, yet historically political utterance that I, a licensed attorney, Eagle Scout, and member of the fourth estate, have uttered above and in the title of this post is not permitted to be uttered anymore, under threat of investigation by a federal grand jury and a federal court gag order? Great, I look forward to an internet that’s one big safe space for everybody!
A safe space especially, it seems, for, again, Assistant U.S. Attorney Niketh Velamoor, who requested the ridiculous gag order in question, and US Magistrate Judge Maas, who issued it.
ETA: and this clown, Judge Mark Mahon, Chief Judge of Florida’s Fourth Circuit Court in Jacksonville, wants to feel safe from nasssty words too, poor baby.
I suppose I’ll just keep adding names to this post as they arise.
