Jason Linkins’ head probably doesn’t. He probably has horribly stupid ideas regularly.
Wherein he decides the thing that would be able to make Congress a better place would be to return to legislators being able to bribe one another to vote on things.
I’m not sure what color the sky is on his world, or what the definition of the word “better” means there, and I don’t care. I think that Congress being out of session and having passed very little while in session has led to a slowing of the rate at which I lose my rights, and that that is a good thing.
