    Well, at least that City isn’t stealing from taxpayers to ‘build a better bicycle world” like we just did here in Portland, to the tune of over $26 million taken from water bill revenues and moved over to bike paths’ budget.

    What kind of cyclist lets himself be caught by a cop like that? Obviously not one that knows the donut eaters can’t catch him even if they wanted to

    Seems typical, they do much the same here with parking tickets.
    Sabotage the ticket machine so you have to walk 10 minutes to get your ticket, then shove a fine for parking without a ticket on your windscreen as soon as you turn the next streetcorner.

    Or flashing the matrix signs on the highways on and off quickly when a car approaches, in order to make them break the speedlimit so they can be fined.
    10m before the car passes the sign, it gets turned to a lower speed, then the car gets fined for speeding as it passes underneath, the sign being reset for the next victim.
