Am I the only one who caught this?

So I’m cruising the latest article that is supposed to induce fright in the members of the Global Warming Death Cult.

Its about how the Arctic Ice Caps are supposedly now melting faster than previously thought because of those of us who are non-cult members. Though not fast enough to save the guy who was going to show the world how Global Warming was creating the long sought Northwest Passage who is now stuck in the ice and is fighting of some of the non-drowned Polar Bears.

I was giggling my way through the article when I reached a paragraph buried in it’s dead-center that made so much sense and was wondering if anyone had shown this to any other cult members or their guru, AlGore?

Melting of the Arctic ice cap does not contribute to sea level rise. Floating ice, like that around the North Pole, already displaces water, like ice cubes in a glass of tea. When the ice melts, sea level remains unchanged, though salinity can be altered.

Duh.

The paragraph ends stating that the only way for the sea level to rise is if water frozen on land melts into the sea, like that on Greenland (which melts and refreezes depending on the seasons) or Antarctica (which is actually thickening).

AlGore and his Gaia-hadists can go smoke fat monkey-pole.

doesn’t frozen water take up more volume? If so, the ice caps melting might lower the ocean levels. I’m basing this all on the coke can I left in the freezer once… 😉
