Howdy all! Just wanted to drop in and let you know that the Professor has again ‘left the building’ so to speak, but that is OK because I’ve got some stuff already set up for you since, after last week, that he’d bug out on us.

We’re going to stay on with some of the activities I have assigned to my students for toning up an keeping those legs attractive.

One of the best exercises for just about everything is jumping rope. I teach a technique that isolates the calf and ankle area to really get the muscle to pop right up and catch the eye. Of course, all that bouncing is nice to watch as well.

We also go on miles of walks around the campus and the nearby parks. Here is one of my students during a trip to the nature preserve in the area, stopping to take a break and get a stretch in near the wetland rare flora and fauna zone.

That is why she isn’t wearing any shoes.
