I’m adding a task to the optical magnifying sight class and instating the “Distance is Your Friend” Class.
5 targets – 2 shots each, or
10 targets – 1 shot each
Your ten shots on these targets will count as if you put ten shots on one target.
If the five target scenario is chosen, none of the shots on any one target can be consecutive.
Each target is placed at a random distance with the minimum distance being 100yds. The targets must be spaced a minimum 20yds away from all the other targets (measured from the firing position).
You ARE allowed to make point of impact changes in your optics in this class.
No rangefinders. These targets are advancing on your location and you don’t have time to give them a laze. Besides, if they were real looters, the distance would change by the time you set the rangefinder down and got into your scope. However, if you want to rangefind landmarks and put the targets near them, that is allowed. Knowing your distances beforehand is a good thing.
