If you’re going to be near the Salem, OR area this week, try and make it out to the Oregon Mental Health Consumers and Psychiatric Survivors Conference at the capitol on Wednesday.
I’m thinking that just sitting back and watching the mentally unstable wander around the state capitol and mingle with the politicians will be a laugh-riot.
Considering that Oregon has the most do-nothing Legislature in the 50 States, adding a few MORE certified Todds and nut-bags won’t have much effect.
