Hannibal Lecter on Proper Scotch Whisky Pronunciation

That is, the esteemed actor Brian Cox, whose interpretation of Hannibal Lecter was, in my view, far more subtle, menacing and scary than that other guy who just chewed scenery. Unfortunately, Cox’s performance was in a movie that otherwise sucked.

    Aw, c’mon! It didn’t suck.
    It was a hiatus project for the folks from TV’s Crime Story. TV budget.
    Red Dragon IS the superior version, but they had lots more money.

    Brian Cox was cool, though!
