Did she get married?
That’s what it says. Unless the translation’s off, the husband is also implying he’s having “affairs” while still loving and supporting her. That’s just an awful situation for a young couple.
I read the “affairs” comment as related to “Personal affairs in order”. The experience of sharing the details of their married life with others, in other words. NOT the typical U.S. meaning of our “affairs”.
