One Response to Public Way Ahead of Politics on Debt Ceiling

  1. Armageddon Rex says:

I pray to God you and the newspaper piece are correct…

    BUT,

A wise man once said: “There are lies, damned lies, and statistics!”

I didn’t see any details about the sampling process or protocols or where the survey was conducted. The story comes right out and says the poll was paid for by a political group strongly in favor of cutting taxes, the size of government, and eventually eliminating the debt. I personally agree with all of these worthy goals, but without additional information about sampling size, location, technique, etc. this is just a narrowly focused push poll from another political group with an axe to grind.

Hell, KKKalifornia is nearly on the verge of financial dissolution and was prior to the last federal elections, and the pinko voters in the metropolitan areas of the state still voted overwhelmingly to keep “progressive” parasites in power in the Sacramento and re-elected retread Governor Moonbeam McMedfly!

I won’t believe the majority of the sheeple “get it” until either things get much worse for the average sheeple (think quadrupling of the violent crime rate in the “nice part of town” and widespread hunger among the poor) or until I see a serious change in the electoral habits of sheeple in places like New York, Taxachusetts, and my home, the Spanglish speaking land of fruits & nuts, KKKalifornia!

Until most of the “progressive” bastions elect responsible adults to put their local houses in order, we’re all still whistling past the graveyard whilst trying hard to ignore the lurching graves and loud hungry groaning sounds coming from famished financial zombies about to burst forth to rend, claw and devour our communities and larger society.

Unless our federal congress weasels can stop the looters from raising the debt ceiling here in the immediate future it looks to me like almost our entire Western civilization is still hurtling along the tracks, full steam ahead, toward the canyon with the washed out bridge. I wonder if there are any volcanically warmed lakefront properties available in the Reykjavik suburbs….? Time to relocate?
