Sucker Punch is what Wonder Woman should be

Seriously, Wonder Woman is an Amazon Warrior Princess, ferchrissake.

In 1981’s Superman and Spider-Man, Spidey is in the middle of being thrashed by Wonder Woman, and literally ALL he can think is “She’s so beautiful!”

That’s what the action sequences in Sucker Punch were like. Except yeah, if you took the time to notice you’d see the gun handling was competent, muzzle awareness was good, and they killed lots of things, etc., etc. — pretty much just perfect in my book.

Do go see it. The wife and I loved it. Glad to see Breda did too.

I must disagree. While the shootin and skirts was good, the plot needed to be taken out back put down. It was so bad I almost walked out.

Although I grant your point, I must say it was still a far better movie than the hash the same director made of Watchmen, which had an excellent plot to start with….

And frankly, when we go to these sorts of shows the wife and I check our expectations at the door. For example, Machete was awesome, yet the plot was only redeemed by the fact that it made fun of its own ridiculousness.

The fiancee and I enjoyed the movie. Lots of metaphorical ass-kicking, that was fun. The ending was kind of meh.
