Nordyke v. King Today

The case that will in all likelihood result in the Second Amendment being enforceable against States — that is, Nordyke v. King — is being argued before, amazingly, a fairly pro-2nd-Amendment triad of 9th Circuit judges today in San Francisco. I and many other Calgunners will be in attendance at this lovely federal courthouse.

C-SPAN is covering it — might be live, might not.

No cameras allowed in the courtroom (other than C-SPAN’s, of course), but I’ll see what I can do to get pix of the event up in the next day or so.

I’m going to miss it. Wife is having dental procedure and needs post-procedure driver. Good luck to all of you CalGunners!

Lots of San Jose Zouaves members in attendance. Most of them didn’t know each other were Zouaves, which was kind of funny.
