That’s famous people like Bonnie/Squeaky of Squeaky Wheel Seeks Grease, who’s going to be staying with us at Trib’s Place for Boomershoot 2009, and who “just happened to pop in” to Cam Edwards’ NRANews radio show last night. Check it out.
Less famous, but no less a gunblogger, is Derek of The Packing Rat, who’s also staying with albeit on the excellent cot in the justifiably famous Lundberg/Great Room. Hope he doesn’t like to turn in early, ’cause the Great Room’s where we traditionally do gun show-n-tell and drink (not at the same time) and converse ’till the wee hours.Both of these fine folks — fellow members of the Tribe of People of the Gun — are taking advantage of Joe Huffman’s Gunblogger Day at Boomershoot 2009, as are Phil, Dave, and I.
If you’re a gunblogger, you should too.
Phil and I aren’t quite sure how the shooting positions for all these folks will be working out, but with luck we’ll have six gunblogger positions under the RNS tent canopy in 2009 (which means a second canopy).To refresh everyone’s memory of the sybaritic luxury that is Trib’s Place:
Unfortunately for me, it is looking like my financial advisor is going to be limiting me to either Boomershoot or Gunblogger Rendezvous… And since the latter is considerably cheaper… Blast, so to speak.
Ah, well — if things change for you, you could always take one of the cheaper “2nd shooter” slots for one of our Boomershoot positions. We’ll keep one open for ya.
