Yeah, it happened in 1993. So what? I hadn’t heard about it ’til now. The man in question will be touring the US in May to promote his book.

    Reminds me of a case I read about a few years ago. A man armed with an AK, several pistols, knives & a bullet proof vest broke in and attacked his ex-girlfriend & her father. Her younger brother (who was upstairs) had time to get his single action Ruger .22 loaded. He hid behind the door and killed the goblin with a single round to the back of the head when the punk came into his room, looking for him in order to complete the job.

    Superior tactics and cool nerves carried the day, and proved more than a match for superior equipment.
    As I recall, both the sister & father pulled thru.
