While I feel sorry for the people who suffer from autism, as well as their families, and think that the doctors and scientists who are dedicated to searching for way to reduce it’s severity are wonderful people, this is not the government’s job.
When you believe you can plan the economy and regulate people’s lives, of course you’re going to count your chickens before they hatch, and spend tax money you haven’t yet collected.
