Simple, because they hate the Bush administration more than everything else. Damn, even here, Bush is considered by a majority of people as the root of all evil. He is seen as the cause of Katrina, high oil prices, muslim terrorism, dog poop on the streets, you name it. The left owns the media, so people buy this stuff.
