The poor fellow is getting the run-around from the Canadian bureaucracy as he is trying to change the registration of his Franken Garand from a ‘receiver-only’ to a working firearm.
And all at his own legal peril while the government employees do nothing to help him.
The Canadian government: Doing whatever they can to make sure that good things like this totally unrelated incident don’t happen to their citizens.
