Caller: “I’m a bicyclist. I don’t have any transportation out of town.”

Chris Baker: “Well, you better get pedalin’, pal!”

Non-car owning people make me scratch my head.

    This F***W*D has no excuse. Harris County EM has been running busses out of town for 4 days now, and they’re still running, although I understand that gasoline is getting short in the city. FEMA has a plan to station tankers along the evac routes, let’s wait and see how THAT turns out.
