More Typical Leftie Bullshit

So the left is having a hayday with yesterday’s bombings in London.

Two FOX News hosts apparently made a couple of completely ignorant remarks for which they should be held accountable,

Brian Kilmeade: And that was the first time since 9-11 when they should know, and they do know now, that terrorism should be Number 1. But it’s important for them all to be together. I think that works to our advantage, in the Western world’s advantage, for people to experience something like this together, just 500 miles from where the attacks have happened.”

Brit Hume: I mean, my first thought when I heard — just on a personal basis, when I heard there had been this attack and I saw the futures this morning, which were really in the tank, I thought, “Hmmm, time to buy.”

Yeah, pretty dumb, guys. Wait more than a few hours afterwards next time, could ya? Maybe even enact a 24hr rule?

If you visit a decent sized left wing blog today, you’ll probably run across at least some snark and a link to these.

But you’ll hear nothing about the two ‘moderate’ commentators who were on in the 0700PST hour of FOX’s reporting of the bombing who wasted not a minute lashing out at Bush and Blair about how ‘Look, look! Iraq has made us less safe!’ Nor will you find any link to the video of the those commentators at Media Matters like you do to Hume and Kilmeade.

But you may find a link to Markos Zuniga’s post ‘Flypaper’ that also makes the ‘Iraq has made us less safe’ argument, posted just before 1045PST as well as two follow up posts shortly thereafter.

I’m sure that Kos’ can probably type faster than I can, mostly because just about everybody can type faster than I can. So I’m going to give him thirty minutes to write and type that post.

Which means he was writing purely political essays on the terror strike within eight hours of the bombings. What a nice caring fellow!

Another oddity you probably won’t find on any left wing site are the words of George Galloway that are so fucking disgusting that I refuse to cut and paste them onto my server.

Also among the things you won’t find is a single word about the conspiracy specialists at the Democratic Underground debating on whether it was MI5 or the CIA that actually planted the bombs within just two or three hours of the terror strikes.

Yeah, Hume and Kilmeade did something stupid, but I think I have a pretty good idea of who the real jackasses that are politicizing the bombings are.
