I’m almost undecided

Here is my dilemma,

Some societal upper eschalon types in Canada are bringing up the idea of requiring religious organizations and their employees (priests, pastors, rabbis, imams, etc) to register with the government.

While I would normally jump on this as utterly ignorant, even less intelligent than their waste of money “gun registration scheme”, another step down the raod of darkness and exactly what I would expect out of government officials in our neighbor to the north, I really want this guy registered.

A controversial Toronto imam warned Public Safety Minister Anne McLellan at a closed-door meeting to stop “terrorizing Canadian Muslims.

“If you try to cross the line I can’t guarantee what is going to happen. Our young people, we can’t control, Aly Hindy, the head of Scarborough’s Salaheddin Islamic Centre, recalls telling the minister at the May meeting she held in Toronto with dozens of Muslim leaders.

I not only want him registered, I want him to have to wear an ankle transmitter, a bright orange or yellow jumpsuit so we can see him in a crowd and one of those floating robots like in Star Wars that would record every single word that comes out of his purulent mouth.

This is Canada we’re talking about folks. They can do all of this, including the registering, without violating any rights given to Canadian citizens (ok, maybe not the floating recorder robot on technological grounds).

The guy is right across the border from us and who knows how many times he has crossed into the US (certainly the border patrol doesn’t know).

But since I am not a person willing to give up my freedom for ‘safety’, I am not willing to give up anyone else’s either, even if they are not a US citizen.

I still think Canadian authorities should still make him wear the jumpsuit and instead of bright yellow it should be a fluorescent shade of pink, like a good smoked ham.

Smoked ham, roger. And do we get a choice of how we smoke that ham?

I suggest #4 buck at 15 yards, multiple rounds, until the smoke clears.
