Obamacare Marketplace: Personal Data Can Be Used For ‘Law Enforcement and Audit Activities’
It is a pity that the stupidity is only painful to those who didn’t vote for Democrats.

I saw this picture on the intarwebz a couple weeks ago and was mildly frightened by the idea that someone could be this desperate to replace President Obama with someone nearly as horrible for the nation.
But I was also a little happy because I thought it was localized somewhere far away from my location.
In the interim, I have seen this sticker at least four times in two weeks during my 45 minute commute home in the mid-afternoon.
What the hell is wrong with people.
Wait. Don’t answer that (unless you really want to in the comments section).
I hate to have to tell them I told them so, but we did.
Of course, I want people to have health care, I just didn’t realize I would be the one who was going to pay for it personally.
Cindy Vinson – Bay Area resident and two-time Obama voter upon finding out ho wmuch her health care costs are going to go up.
Later, she added: “I really don’t like the Republican tactics, but at least now I can understand why they are so pissed about this. When you take $10,000 out of my family’s pocket each year, that’s otherwise disposable income or retirement savings that will not be going into our local economy.”
Welcome to the Libertarian Party, Cindy.
In case you’ve been wondering where I’ve been lately, keep this image in your head (all pics are clickable)
That is arc welding the booth I’ve spent much of the last week working in. It is 8ft by 8ft and surrounded in eye shielding plastic. I’ve been doing this
Over and over again. What you are actually seeing there is six welds. There is the initial one connecting the two pieces together in a T, then two more on top of that and then there are the three you can see there starting from the bottom with the third one being the shiny one.
This week I’ll be going back to Oxygen Acetylene gas welding and cutting, and then back to Shielded Metal Arc Welding, and back and forth until the second week of December until I can (hopefully) do this in my sleep, not only flat (like this one) but also vertically and in the overhead position.
Yes, I’m covered head to toe in either leather or plastic. I’m fond of being flame retardant when I’m in class. I’ll try to get a pic of me in my full get-up and some more pics of the facilities.
Will wonders never cease? I suppose this
is for those folks who want a bigger PDW than the other guy….

The bad mama jamma who got the capital all shook up yesterday did so because she was pissed off after having found that she would not be able to get her “free healthcare” and would actually have to pay a fine for not paying out hundreds of dollars a month more for less?
Just a thought. She did seem to reeaalllly want to talk to the President about something, and I seriously doubt it was his dental hygiene.
In what I am still not sure if Slate is trolling their readership, Nick Baumann stands up for the man who handed off large chunks of Czechoslovakia in an attempt to appease Hitler.
His argument is basically “Chamberlain was right to give away that which was not his to give because the British military was not ready to fight German military and this bought them time.” Which is immediately proved wrong by those pesky historical facts.
But I guess that everyone has to be a fan of someone.
