I’ve understood about the trade winds and they currents they drive nearly my whole life (grew up around boats, and reading things like the Hornblower saga) but that is a seriously cool wind-map. It’s the sort of things nations would go to war to obtain 400 years ago because of it’s huge military and economic importance.
