My Roomba ate a hole in my carpet when it got stuck under a corner of the sofa. The little wheels just spun and spun until they wore a hole clean down. I called their customer service and they seemed stumped as it “isn’t supposed to do that and should shut itself off when it gets stuck”. I was basically told “too bad” as to the damage. Awful company. Hate to see how the drone thing works out.
