TL;DR version
Given (against his will, mind you), 3 enemas, twice got penetrated digitally, 2 X-rays, and one forced colonoscopy. And no drugs were found during any of these. A reasonable person would conclude with one X-ray there’s no drugs up there. This wasn’t a search for drugs, this was Johnny Law getting his rocks off. Said law enforcement officer needs to be charge with unlawful detention and rape for this.
In the meantime, if someone sees this officer with his buttcheeks clenched, headed for the toilet, they need to citizen’s arrest the officer on suspicion he’s carrying drugs.
“C’mon judge, this anal cavity search for drugs shouldn’t hurt you too much. After all, you’re a lazy asshole when it comes to following the Constituion.”
Oh, he’s not forgotten; problem is you can at least sue the cops and doctors, but how do you do anything about the asshole in the black robe?
Makes me remember Jerry Reed: “If it wasn’t for that black robe I’d take you out back of this courtroom and wear you out!”
