Not a War. A Feud. A Feud’s Worse.

Because it doesn’t end, and because the side with the “Feud” mindset views any member of the other side, whether man, woman, or child, as a legitimate target.

Of course that only succeeds until the side with the “War” mindset gets fed up and jettisons its sense of proportional response.
